Serial numbers are normally printed stuck on labels and are located on the back of devices. In most cases there is a barcode near or next to them.

Troubleshoot
Check that the USB touch cable is connected properly to both your computer and the InfinityPro interactive flat panel. If you continue experiencing issues with touch, please submit an eTicket.
To download apps on your InfinityPro interactive flat panel, you will first need to sign into the Google Play Store.
There is a USB port available in the front of the panel on the bottom side. On the InfinityPro interactive flat panel, a popup window will appear on the screen stating that it detects a new device and asking if you want to switch. Press OK and your USB drive will open.
