RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at inquiry-sg@ep-asia.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note
     ●     You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
     ●     Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
     ●     InfinityPro may refuse the return or exchange.
     ●     Only items that have been purchased directly from InfinityPro, either online or in-person through InfinityPro salesmen, can be returned to InfinityPro.
     ●     InfinityPro products purchased through distributors/resellers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
     ●     All products must be returned in the original packaging with all original items in the box.
     ●     Products that arrived damaged must be reported to us within 3 business days to qualify for return or exchange.
     ●     The following products are not eligible for return: electronic software downloads, subscriptions.
     ●     Please note shipping costs are non-refundable and a restocking fee will be charged if there is physical damage not caused by InfinityPro or the shipping carrier.
     ●     Any additional damage or missing items will result in an additional charge.
     ●     Customers may exchange items they wish to return, but they cannot get a monetary refund.
